Logan

Prior to founding Quantum Legacy Partners, Logan helped lead a behavioral health services organization through a period of rapid growth. Logan brought a talented investor group to a founder led, mission oriented behavioral therapy training organization and as a CEO, led expansion into new markets and geographies, the acquisition and integration of complimentary businesses, and the hiring and promotion of key employees. Logan's has a demonstrated history of working with founders for long-standing and mutually fulfilling partnerships that expand the rewards, fulfillment and satisfaction of a legacy. 

Logan graduated with a BBA from Emory University and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and two daughters.

David

Prior to joining Quantum Legacy Partners, David was an early employee and senior executive at Fanatics Inc. David was a member of a small senior leadership team that guided Fanatics through a transition from a mall based apparel retailer to one of the largest Ecommerce platforms in the world.  Among the many hats that David wore at Fanatics was leading the merchandising function for the company. David contributed to the transformation of a small family business in Florida with institutional investment into a global internet powerhouse.

David graduated from the University of Florida. He is based in Jacksonville Florida and continues to be a fanatic of the Gators and Jaguars. In his second career he also moonlights as a card shark occasionally winning poker tournaments. 

Naim

Prior to joining Quantum Legacy Partners, Naim led an investor group of business operators and high net-worth entrepreneurs focused on middle market services businesses. Previously Naim headed up Finance and Corporate development for a successful incentive-driven blockchain network that had over 3 million connected IoT devices in the geospatial data space. 

Earlier in his career Naim was a derivatives trader for a large financial services firm where he co-managed a $1 billion global portfolio (4 traders) performing cross-market Index arbitrage and ETF volatility market-making

Naim graduated with a BA from Princeton University and an MBA from University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.

Jason

Jason joined Quantum Legacy Partners to build the next great traffic safety platform organization by developing a network of traffic control service providers with an unwavering commitment to safety and exceptional client service. Jason was previously an operations executive at Area Wide Protective, Inc. (AWP), where he led operations through a period of rapid growth, including expansion into new states, the addition of new service lines, and the successful acquisition and integration of complementary businesses.
Jason has also independently consultsed for traffic safety organizations across a range of functional areas as President of Traffic Safety Partnerships at Hudson Independent Partnerships.
He attended the University of Akron and, in his free time, enjoys live music and outdoor activities including golf, hiking, and fishing.

Adair

Adair joined Quantum Legacy Partners to acquire and lead a healthcare IT business, with a focus on technology-enabled solutions that improve provider efficiency, streamline operations, and enhance patient outcomes. She is passionate about building on founder-led legacies and scaling mission-critical organizations that sit at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
Prior to joining Quantum Legacy Partners, Adair spent nearly a decade in healthcare technology and enterprise sales. She served as an Account Executive at Microsoft (via the Nuance acquisition), where she partnered with major health systems to implement AI-driven workflow solutions, and began her career at GE Healthcare as part of the Commercial Leadership Program. Adair graduated with a BA from Clemson University and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and enjoys travel, fitness, and time spent with family and friends.
